Become an Authorized Training Provider

Creating an account and applying are both free. Authorization costs $2,800 USD once, invoiced only after GHCA approves your application and you sign the agreement, then $800 USD a year to renew.

Full portal access unlocks once GHCA has reviewed and authorized your organization.

What happens after this

Create your account
Free, and immediate. You land in the application form and can save a draft as you go.
Complete the application
Business registration number, primary contact, delivery model, proposed annual capacity, and the credentials you want to be authorized to deliver.
Upload four documents — five for in-person
Business registration certificate, trainer CVs, your quality-assurance or training policy, and a sample course outline. In-person and blended delivery also need facility evidence.
Submit it for review
There is no charge to apply. The application cannot be submitted until every required field and document is in place.
GHCA reviews it
Approved, returned to you for changes, or declined. Changes and declines come back with written notes.
Sign the agreement and pay the license
$2,800 USD one-time, invoiced on NET-30 terms once GHCA approves you. Authorization begins when it clears and runs for 365 days, then renews at $800 USD a year.
